Strength training is a gradual process. It can seem impossible sometimes to get a pull-up, or push-up but they are very achievable!
I work off the the principle of gradual progressive training. Every week you should be pushing 5-10% more then last week.
If you add that up over 30 days that’s anywhere between 20-40% increase in strength in 30 days! Imagine what you could achieve in 60 or 90 days! It’s all possible 🙂
