Hello! My name is Kadeem. I’m a 2 x Australian Ninja Warrior who is 157cm or 5’2″.  The name 5.2 Ninja is my way of conquering the obstacle of my height and showing the course whose boss!

With a background in Sport Science & training athletes, I know how demanding these courses are. So my goal is to provide you with the best training system that will help you build REAL STRENGTH & ENDURANCE to be able to handle any obstacle course you do!

I have designed these to make sure you build your strength and endurance in the fastest way the body can adapt with science-base training principles
